The foundation received the Winner Award for the Vyapower – Entrepreneurship Program, implemented in Government ITIs in Delhi. The program focuses on empowering young women to develop entrepreneurial mindsets and establish small businesses. This initiative reflects our shared commitment to creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women and fostering inclusive growth.

 Equipping youth with practical skills not only boosts employability but also fuels innovation and economic growth

Rang De has partnered with InShakti to provide credit support to women entrepreneurs under the Vyapower and Project Poonji programs. This partnership aims to enable women with affordable credit to start and scale their micro and nano enterprises. This will go a long way towards fostering financial independence and community development.

Rang De's credit support is crucial in enabling women to set up new businesses and expand existing ones. The loans provided at a 7% interest rate are typically to be used for retail and service micro-enterprises, such as food stalls, tailoring units, cyber cafes, Livestock, grocery stores etc.

Most are new to entrepreneurship and do not have any other source of income, relying previously on farming or labour jobs in nearby factories. While literacy levels are generally low, some of the younger generation have completed secondary education.

Majority of these women are first-time borrowers. They have operational bank accounts, which they use as needed. Their businesses will not only provide sustainable income for their families but also create local employment opportunities.

InShakti's collaboration with Rang De highlights the power of targeted social investments. This partnership shall exemplify how strategic investments and empowerment can drive sustainable development and economic growth at the grassroots level.

The LinkedIn volunteers and coaches were deeply inspired by the opportunity to engage with a group of passionate and talented entrepreneurs. The discussions and interactions were insightful, as mentees posed thoughtful questions and demonstrated a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

The beautifully crafted handmade products created by InShakti entrepreneurs left a lasting impression. Employees were delighted with the creations, which reflected exceptional creativity, craftsmanship, and dedication. These pieces embodied the entrepreneurial spirit that such initiatives strive to nurture, showcasing the mentees' vision and dreams in a remarkable way- (Team LinkedIn)

Nayara Energy Ltd. launched a new Multi-Skill Training Center in Khambhaliya on November 28th, 2024, under Project Excel by the InShakti Foundation. 

Located in Devbhumi Dwarka district, the center aims to enhance employability for local youth by providing modern technical and soft skills training. 

The inauguration ceremony recognized 50 trainees who completed courses at ITI and Government College Khambhaliya, with key officials, District Collector Shri G.T. Pandya and Nayara Energy's Refinery Head Shri Amar Kumar in attendance, highlighting the company's commitment to community development through targeted CSR initiatives.

We are proud to share that InShakti Foundation has signed an MoU with M3M Foundation to implement the Vyapower – Women Entrepreneurship Program under the M3M Foundation Kaushal Sambhal initiative.

Through this partnership, we will provide entrepreneurship training to 300 marginalized women in Delhi NCR and Panipat. The program aims to equip these women with the skills, confidence, and support needed to start their own small businesses—empowering them to become financially independent and support their families.

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women and fostering inclusive growth.
