Our Vision 

To fill the skills gap in India with education, empowerment and employment. 

Inshakti Foundation, established in 2015, is a purpose-driven philanthropic endeavour that works for and with the disadvantaged youth and women of the country to enable better employability for them. 

Through our many initiatives, each varying geographically and demographically, we are committed to bettering the economic well-being of these individuals, their communities, and our country. 

We fulfill our vision by working towards actualising the following essential Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations: “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” 

“Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.”

 “Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.” 

Our Ways 

We follow a holistic model of learning, which covers functional skills, behavioral and life skills, and practical training (learning by doing). Here’s an overview of our training programs: 

- We provide a contextual and customized curriculum for each program. 

- We provide mentorship support, fieldwork and necessary industry exposure to build confidence. 

- To inculcate an entrepreneurial mindset, our skilled trainers focus on enhancing soft skills, namely leadership, grit, creativity and innovation. 

These are an added asset during job interviews, workplace evaluation, and even self-employment. - We understand the need for digital literacy. Hence, we provide easy access to necessary digital tools and encourage their usage.
